・This PT/CT board provides 3 different set point over current.
Choose the set point over current in accordance with the unit in use.
This PT/CT board is adaptable to LXE5C，LXE10C , LXE10D and LXE10E series.
When installing this board to the LXE10D and LXE10E series, remove the mount board from the new
PT/CT board assy unit, and install only PT/CT board.
See the following pages for details.　・PT/CTボードには、3種類のOC設定値があります。
使用するユニットに応じて設定値を選択して下さい。
LXE5C，LXE10C，LXE10D，LXE10Eシリーズに取付けできます。
PT/CTボード組立品から取付け板金を取り外すことによりLXE10D，LXE10Eシリーズに取付け可能です。

2) Setting of set point OC（

値の設定方法
・Choose the set point over current in accordance with the unit in use.
Cut off the jumpers depending on the Single (400V only) or Dual(400V/200V) power and 10 or 5 HP
of the compressor shown on the following Fig.1 before installing the PT/CT board from spare parts.
OC値の設定値は、ご使用のﾕﾆｯﾄに応じて選んで下さい。
補用部品のPT/CTﾎﾞｰﾄﾞを取り付ける前に、図1に示すｼﾝｸﾞﾙ電源10馬力（400V）、
ﾃﾞｭｱﾙ電源10馬力（400/200V）、ﾃﾞｭｱﾙ電源5馬力（400/200V）の図に従って、ｼﾞｬﾝﾊﾟｰ線をｶｯﾄして下さい。　Dual 10

a) LXE 10C , LXE 5C series
1. Turn off the power supply on the service side and
the power supply on the unit.
元電源を切って下さい。

2. Disconnect all wirings and connectors.
接続している全ての配線、ｺﾈｸﾀを外します。
3. Loosen 3 nuts, then remove the old PT/CT board.
3点のﾅｯﾄを外し、PT/CTﾎﾞｰﾄﾞを外します。

4. Set the new PT/CT board, then fix it with 3 nuts.
新しいPT/CTﾎﾞｰﾄﾞを取り付け3点のﾅｯﾄで
しっかりと固定します。
5. Restore the wirings and connectors into the
original state, and securely close them.
全ての配線、ｺﾈｸﾀを元の通り確実に接続します。

6. Turn the unit on, then make sure that the unit
carries out the normal operation.　ﾕﾆｯﾄに電源を入れて、正常に運転できることを
確認して下さい。

Loosen 4 screws on the new PT/CT board assy unit,
and separate the Mounting Plate and the PT/CT board.
左図の4個のﾋﾞｽを外して取付け板金を分離して下さい。

Set the set point over current following the setting
procedure above.
前頁の「 2） OC値の設定方法」に従いOC値の設定を
行ってください。

1. Turn off the power supply on the service side and
the power supply on the unit.
元電源を切って下さい。

接続している全ての配線、ｺﾈｸﾀを外します。
3. Loosen 4 screws, then remove the old PT/CT board.
4点のﾋﾞｽを外し、PT/CTﾎﾞｰﾄﾞを外します。
4.　Set the new PT/CT board, then fix it with 4 screws.
新しいPT/CTﾎﾞｰﾄﾞを取り付け、しっかりと4点のﾋﾞｽで
固定します。
5. Restore the wirings and connectors into the original
state, and securely close them.
全ての配線、ｺﾈｸﾀを元の通り確実に接続します。
6. Turn the unit on, then make sure that the unit
carries out the normal operation.
ﾕﾆｯﾄに電源を入れて、正常に運転できることを
確認して下さい。
