当社は1956年（昭和31年）、プラスチックフィルムを主体とした軟包装材料の加工・販売
という事業からスタートいたしました。
以来半世紀にわたり、「包装」を核に事業展開を進め、今日では医薬品・化粧品を主体とした
受託包装・受託製造の各種製造業許可を取得するとともに、包装材料から包装形態、さらに
は包装機械にいたるまでの豊富な実績とノウハウ、卓越した研究開発力を有するユニークな
企業として、国内外で独自の地位を築くに至りました。また、近年では、地球環境にやさし
い企業活動の推進にも注力しております。

Kanae was founded in 1956 as a business that processes and sells soft packaging materials made mainly from plastic film.
Over the half-century since then, we have expanded throughout the world as a packaging-based solutions provider,
and nowadays we have obtained several manufacturing licenses to conduct contracted packaging and contracted
manufacturing, mainly for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, and have reached an unrivalled standing within
Japan and overseas as a unique company which possesses a wealth of experience and know-how, as well as research and development capabilities covering areas from packaging materials to packaging format, and also packaging machineries. Furthermore, in recent years, we have been putting efforts in becoming an environmentally-aware
company.
Moving forward, as a comprehensive packaging company, we will continue with our pursuit of “Creating Packaging
Solutions that Meet Your Ideal” and go beyond customers’ expectations through the generation of unique values.

We create and propose optimal packaging solutions for

Utilizing the strengths of an integrated packaging company, we are able to analyze from multiple angles our customers’ needs from the choice of packaging material to packaging design and manufacturing optimization. We provide
optimal packaging solutions through utilizing our accumulated know-how and information.

お客様から委託を受けて包装加工を行う「コントラクト・パッケージング（受託包装）」と、
最終製品まで仕上げる「コントラクト・マニュファクチャリング（受託製造）」。包装加工は、
カナエの各種業態許可を得た技術力、品質管理力、生産能力が最大限に活用できる分野で

も重要なテーマです。カナエでは、専門部署を設置して全社的な品質保証体制を構築・推進
し、品質に関するお客様のあらゆるご要望に速やかにお応えしています。また、包装材料に
ついても、品質異常に対するメーカー側の原因報告と対策を検証、実施状況の継続的確認を
行い、お客様に安心して使っていただける包装材料の提供に努めています。
Offering safety and security to our customers.
Kanae’s business activities are closely related to human life and lifestyles, and as a result the maintenance and enhancement of quality assurance systems is our highest priority. At Kanae, we have a quality department dedicated to
establishing and maintaining quality assurance systems for the entire company so as to swiftly respond to our customers’ diverse needs with regards to quality. Furthermore, we verify the root causes and CA (corrective action) on
the manufacturing side regarding quality issues and perform regular checkups on the implementation of such measures. We strive to provide reliable and secure packaging materials to our customers.

We are pushing forward initiatives to always contribute to the global environment and society through our core business of packaging. We obtained ISO14001 certification in 2003, and strive to reduce the burden of our corporate

社名のカナエは中国の食物を煮る金属性の器〔 〕
より採ったもので、
この食器が三本の足に支えられて役目を果たしていることに共通点を求
め、三位一体の和を強調しております。
三位とは人・物・金を意味し、
協力・努力・忍耐力の三つの力を総合したも
のであります。三つの力が均衡を保ってバランスを崩さず発展するよう
この社章が生まれました。
About Kanae’s Corporate Emblem
The name“Kanae”was taken from a type of metal vessel
used in ancient China to cook food. Kanae’s founders saw
a parallel in how the vessel is supported by three legs, and
their choice of name is intended to emphasize the
interdependence of people, material, and capital. The
emblem symbolizes a synthesis of cooperation, effort, and
perseverance, expressing the importance of maintaining
these three forces in equal balance as the company
develops.
