Dist. Unloading will be arranged by the Board
2. Payment after supply of the materials based on actual measurement.
3. Board represented by the Engineers has the right to reject the poor quality materials, if
supplied.
4. The Rubber Board will have an unrestricted right to accept or reject any or all offers
without assigning any reason thereof.
