ン×3系列)のLNGプラントに係る有償見積り、詳
細設計および一部長納期機器の調達役務を遂行
します。

Polar Code – some conclusions
Not contradicting any UNCLOS articles, including 234 ;
Based on SOLAS and MARPOL & includes AFS, BWM
and STCW rquerements;
Introduces “Polar Classes” system only dealing with ice
strengthening not referring to ME power and hull
shape;
For new and existing vessels survey is needed to issue
required certificate, manual and update ship
documents;
Multiply definitions (e.g. scope of application for ships
of certain types & tonnage, international voyage for
Antarctic region ) and statements need further
clarifications except for the geographical area.
