ケニア RWI に関するお知らせ No.2014_10 – 初度登録 2007 年車両の検査締切日
平素は、弊社ならびに当検査プログラムへの変わらぬご理解とご協力、誠にありがとうございます。
KS1515:2000 2.5 条項、8 年規制の順守について再度ご案内申し上げます。
2015 年 1 月 1 日より、ケニアにて許可される車両は、初度登録が 2008 年 1 月 1 日以降の右ハンドル
車両のみとなります。
そのため、それまでにケニアに到着していない初度登録 2007 年の車両は、KS1515:2000 に適合しな
いと判断され、輸入者の費用負担にて拒否されることとなります。
つきましては、初度登録が 2007 年車両の日本での検査は 11 月 28 日（金曜日）の営業時間内をもち
まして終了とさせていただきます。また、初度登録 2007 年車両の再検査も同様に同日時にて終了いた
します。
12 月 31 日よりも後にケニアへ到着した車両の証明書が 11 月 28 日までに検査を完了し発行されてい
るものであっても無効となりますのでご留意ください。
ケニアでの年式規制締め切りに間に合わせることはお客さまの責任であり、これらの輸入規制を順守し
ていない車両について、弊社ではいかなる責任も負いかねます。
また、11 月 17 日から 27 日の間にいただく初度登録 2007 年車両のお申し込みには、通常の検査申
込書類に加え、添付 3 枚目の「ケニア向け中古自動車依頼および申告書」をご記入の上ご提出いただ
きますようお願い申し上げます。

Kenya RWI Announcement No.2014_10 – Inspection Deadline for 2007 Vehicles
Thank you for your continued support of JEVIC and the Kenya used vehicle roadworthiness
inspection program.
JEVIC would like to remind stakeholders that in observance of KS1515:2000 the eight (8) year
requirement, only Right Hand Drive (RHD) motor vehicles whose Year of First Registration is from
1st January 2008 and later shall be allowed into Kenya as of January 1st, 2015.
Therefore, any 2007 vehicle arriving on or after this date will be deemed not in compliance with
KS1515:2000 and shall be rejected at importers expense.
Please be advised that inspections in Japan for 2007 YOR vehicles for Kenya will cease on close
of business Friday, November 28th. Any re-inspections for 2007 vehicles will also need to be
completed by this time. Certificates for 2007 vehicles inspected by November 28th and arriving in
Kenya after December 31st will not be valid.
Please note that meeting the year-end Age Limit deadline in Kenya is the client’s responsibility,
and JEVIC does not accept accountability for units not conforming to these import regulations.
For 2007 vehicle bookings between 17-November and 27-November we request that the attached
declaration be filled out and submitted with the bookings.

The undersigned are requesting JEVIC to conduct the pre-shipment inspection of these
vehicle(s), and acknowledge the following:
下記署名者は JEVIC に申請する⾞両の輸出前検査の実施を依頼し、次の事項について同意します︓
1. We understand the age limit requirements for the importation of used motor vehicles
into Kenya (December 31st, 2014 for 2007 YOR vehicles).
ケニアへの中古⾃動⾞輸⼊の年式規制（初度登録 2007 年⾞両は 2014 年 12 ⽉ 31 ⽇まで
にケニアへ到着しなければならない）を理解しています。
2. We have determined the mode of transport will meet this time frame.
この期限に間に合う輸送⽅法が確定しています。
3. JEVIC accepts no liability for vehicles not entering Kenya in time to meet the end of
year cut-off.
JEVIC はケニア到着が年末の締切⽇に間に合わない⾞両に対する賠償責任を⼀切負いません。
