This is the translation of the Japanese Application Guidebook “VI Procedure for Preliminary
Review of Qualification for Applicants” (Page 21). If you have any questions, please contact

Ⅵ 出願資格 事前審査手続要領（英訳）
VI PROCEDURE FOR PRELIMINARY REVIEW OF
QUALIFICATION FOR APPLICANTS (Translation)
一般入試及び外国人留学生特別入試において，「２ 出願資格における個別の入学資格審査」により出願
を希望する者は，事前に以下の手続を行い，出願資格を認められなければ出願できません。
For those who meet one of the following conditions below must be processed following procedures
prior to your application for admission and approved in a timely manner.
（１）受付期間

上記期間内に下記の提出先へ持参又は受付期間内に必着するよう「書留・速達」として郵送してくだ

持参する場合の受付時間は，各日とも９時００分から１７時００分までとします。（ただし，祝日を
除きます。）
郵送の場合も，期限内に必着としますので，郵便事情等を十分考慮の上，余裕をもって発送してくだ
さい。
なお，封筒表面に「医歯薬学総合研究科 博士課程 出願資格事前審査書類在中」と朱書きし，発送時
に到着日時を必ず確認しておいてください。
The office opens at 9:00 and closes at 17:00, Monday through Friday.
All applications must arrive at designated office by the deadline. Please consider postal service
situation and send early enough to be arrived.
Please write “Enclosed Preliminary Review of Application for Doctor’s Course of Medicine, Dentistry
and Pharmaceutical Sciences” in red on the envelope. It is better to confirm when will be delivered as
you send.

注３）中国の大学又は大学院を卒業（修了）した方については，以下の証明書に関する中国教育部
学位与研究生教育発展中心(CDGDC)発行の英文の認証書を提出してください。ただし，CDGDC が
発行し，岡山大学に直接送付する認証書のみ有効とします。
・最終学歴の卒業証明書又は修了証明書，学位の証明書及び成績証明書
Applicants who have graduated or completed university or graduate school in China are
required to submit following certificates in English issued by China Academic Degree &
Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC). The only certificate which is sent to our
university from CDGDC directly will be valid.
・Certificates of Diplomas, Degrees, and Transcripts from the latest academic background

※ 出願資格事前審査の受付期間内に CDGDC 発行の認証書の提出が間に合わない場合は，最終
学歴の卒業証明書又は修了証明書，学位の証明書及び成績証明書に関する公証書を提出して
ください。

*For more detail about how to request validated certificates on CDGDC, please refer to “10 Fee,
Scholarship, and CDGDC (3) How to make your certifications on China Academic Degree &

* Because of your graduation/complete your study right before the application period so that the
submission of certificate issued by CDGDC may be late, please submit the valid certificates(公証
書) of graduation, degrees and transcript of the latest academic background issued by “公証处”
first.

ってください（事前審査で提出済みの証明書等の書類は，出願手続時に再度提出する必要はありませ
ん。）。

Applicants who have accepted qualification for applicants must follow a procedure on Application

出願資格
Eligibility Requirement
（６）修士課程を修了した者等文部科学大臣の指定した者（昭和３０年文部省告示第３９号）
A person who has been approved by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and
Technology, as having completed Master’s course.
（７）学校教育法第１０２条第２項の規定により大学院（医学，歯学，薬学又は獣医学を履修する一貫
制博士課程に限る。）に入学した者で，大学院における教育を受けるにふさわしい学力があると認
めたもの
A person who has been admitted in a graduate school (limited to a course in Medicine,
Dentistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Veterinary Medicine) according to the paragraph 2 in
Article 102 of the School Education Act, and recognized as having sufficient academic ability
to receive education in a graduate school.
（８）大学院において，個別の入学資格審査により，大学の医学，歯学又は修業年限６年の薬学若しく
は獣医学の課程を卒業した者と同等以上の学力があると認めた者で，２４歳に達したもの
A person who has been approved through an Individual Qualification Examination for Enrollment as
qualifies equivalent to or the graduate university majored in Medicine, Dentistry, 6 year course
in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Veterinary Medicine, and aged 24 years or older.
（９）大学の医学，歯学又は修業年限６年の薬学若しくは獣医学を履修する課程に４年以上在学した者
（これに準ずる者として文部科学大臣が定める者を含む。）で，大学院が定める単位を優秀な成績
で修得したと認めるもの
A person who has attended university course in Medicine, Dentistry, or 6 year course in
Pharmaceutical Sciences or Veterinary Medicine, for 4 years or more. It is recognized by a
graduate school as having acquired specific credits with high grades.
(注２) 出願資格(6)の文部科学大臣の指定した者とは，次の各号のいずれかに該当する者です。
(Note 2) A person who meets one of the following statements will be approved by the Minister of
Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
③-2 前期及び後期の課程の区分を設けない博士課程に２年以上在学し，３０単位以上を修得し，
かつ，必要な研究指導を受けた者（学位規則の一部を改正する省令（昭和４９年文部省令第２９
号）による改正前の学位規則（昭和２８年文部省令第９号）第６条第１号に該当する者を含む。）
で大学院において，大学の医学を履修する課程，歯学を履修する課程，薬学を履修する課程のう
ち臨床に係る実践的な能力を培うことを主たる目的とするもの又は獣医学を履修する課程を卒
業した者と同等以上の学力があると認めた者
A person who has attended Doctor’s course, which has no distinction between first and
second terms, for more than 2 years with receiving more than 30 credits and the required
research guidance. The person has been approved as qualifies equivalent to or greater
than the graduate university majored in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences
which its purpose is engaged practice practical clinical ability and veterinary medicine.

大学（医学を履修する課程，歯学を履修する課程，薬学を履修する課程のうち臨床に係る実践
的な能力を培うことを主たる目的とするもの及び獣医学を履修する課程を除く）を卒業し，又は
外国において学校教育における１６年の課程を修了した後，大学，研究所等において２年以上研
究に従事した者で，大学院において，当該研究の成果等により，大学の医学を履修する課程，歯
学を履修する課程，薬学を履修する課程のうち臨床に係る実践的な能力を培うことを主たる目的
とするもの又は獣医学を履修する課程を卒業した者と同等以上の学力があると認めた者
A person who has at least 2 years experience in an area of related research after

Medicine) or completed 16 years of curricular studies in foreign countries, and has been

Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences which its purpose is engaged practice
