The LentiPlex Pooled Libraries contain the entire TRC collection in 10 matrix tubes. The pooled virus is added to your cell population at
a predetermined MOI. Cells are incubated then exposed to selective pressure and selected based on desired phenotype or flow sorting.
After selection, cells are then isolated by colony cloning or FACS and the integrated shRNA is identified via PCR, micrarray or Next
Generation Sequencing. The identity of potential "hits" can then be used to develop hypothesis regarding the biological role of the
corresponding gene(s).
