入寮許可者を受付番号にて掲載いたします。選考基準や理由についてのお問い合わせはお受けしかねますのでご了

1. 入寮許可者
【入寮契約期間：2015 年 3 月のレジデンスセンター指定日から 2017 年 3 月 7 日迄の 2 年間】
・ 留学以外の理由による途中退寮はできません。また、入寮期間の延長はできません。
・ 入寮日時は以下のとおりとなります。詳細は、入寮手続き書類でご確認ください。
●政治経済学部：3 月 19 日（木）17 時以降
●国際教養学部：3 月 23 日（月）10 時～17 時
●その他学部 ：3 月 23 日（月）または 24 日（火）より選択。10 時～17 時

2. 入寮手続き書類（契約書・寮費支払い・荷物搬入指定業者など詳細ご案内）について
2015 年 2 月 12 日（木）に発送予定です。
「入寮申込みフォーム」に登録された「入居者情報」住所宛（入居者本
人住所宛）に発送いたします。送付先の変更を希望する場合は、レジデンスセンターWeb サイトの「お問い合せ」
より 2 月 11 日（水）午前 10 時までにご連絡ください。また、入学予定の学部について、申込み時に登録された
学部と異なる学部に進学される場合も、同様にご連絡ください。
3. 動画の確認について
国際学生寮 WISH の寮室やユニットスペースをご紹介した動画を 2 月 16 日（月）までに公開致します。入寮手

≪(3rd Period) Result Announcement of Waseda International Student House,
WISH (For Student Entering the Dormitory in March 2015≫
Below is the list of Registration Number of the applicants who are admitted to WISH.
Please understand that we do not answer any questions regarding screening process.
1. For those who are admitted to WISH
【Contract Period Mid/Late March, 2015 (will be designated) – March 7, 2017】
・The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying
abroad. Moreover, the resident may not extend the period.
・The moving in dates are as follows;
●School of Political Science and Economics: March 19th (Thu) after 5:00PM
●School of International Liberal Studies: March 23rd (Mon) 10:00AM-5:00PM
●Other schools: Can select either March 23rd (Mon) or 24th (Tue) 10:00AM-5:00PM
Residence Life Center will inform the successful applicants about the detail schedule for entering the
dormitory on the entrance documents.

2. A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment
information, and information of the designated company for bringing in luggage)
The packet is planned to be sent on February 12th (Thu), 2015. We will send to a mailing address of
applicant himself or herself which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form. If you would like to
change a mailing address, please let us know by February 11th (Wed), 10:00AM from the Inquiry Form on
website of Residence Life Center.
Moreover, if your entering school is different from the name of school that you registered, please let us
know.
3. Regarding movies that introduce WISH
Please check the web movies of WISH that introduce a residential room, the unit, and so on, before you
return the necessary entrance documents. Those movies will be uploaded by February 16th (Mon).
