the conditions described below:

(described hereunder as the Advertisement Materials) belong to TREND POT
NY, LLC and the party who provides
the content materials. Without official
permission from these parties, no other

party shall allow transferring reusing of
partial or all materials.
TREND POT NY, LLC shall not accept
the Advertisement Materials that are
used in other media outlets without
their permission.
Once listed in other media outlets, the
copyrights of the advertisement
belong to the media outlets where it is
listed. Therefore, TREND POT NY, LLC
will require that you obtain advanced
approval of the usage of the same
Advertisement Materials from the
other media outlets.
TREND POT NY, LLC may not accept
the advertisement if the Advertisement Materials have possibility of
breach of related copyrights.
Once TREND POT NY, LLC recognizes
that the Advertisement Materials may
possibly cause breach or invasion of
the third party’s copyrights, regardless
of prior or after the listing in our
publications, we may decline the
advertisement from listing in our
publications.
