Person who has an income on the income certificate of the previous year, but has no
occupation / income at the time of application.
２． １６才以上で無職・無収入（就学生を除く）
Person who is aged 16 or over, and no occupation / income. (exclude student)
※予備校生・職業訓練校生・非正規学校生は就学生とはみなしませんので、記入が必要です。
(Preparatory school students, vocational training school students, researching students
or non-registered students are not considered as “Student”.)
