Upon using DIGI-­PECA (Switch: DP-­S. Micro Computer: DP-­C)
Materials of a constant quantity can be conveyed without any signal cables even when it is distanced 40-­50m away
from the dryer.(There is no need for electrical wiring.)
Upon using a different model, the same system can be continually used by replacing the hoses. A system that uses existing
standard loaders can be constructed.
Description of Basic Operation
The level guage on the injection-­molding machines gives the signal for a need of materials.
The conveying blower at the side of the molding machine starts up.

The switch (DP-­S) of DIGI-­PECA at the material side is being turned ON.
Injection-­Molding Machine
The Micro computer (DP-­C) of DIGI-­PECA turns ON and send signals for push
gate and other units to be started up.
Note 1: Choose between “time” and “number of times” for output type.
Note 2: Output of DIGI-­PECA can be altered according to the length of operating hours of the conveying blower.
