Dr Sebbowa is the current Executive Director and Head of Uganda Investment Authority

Engineer Frank Sebbowa born in 1952 and in 1977 graduated in Mechanical Engineering
obtained his PhD from University of Leeds in 1982. He obtained his MBA in 2006.

Dr Sebbowa was a Senior lecturer at universities in Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda for several
years before becoming the CEO of a private manufacturing company: Uganda Clays Ltd,
where he served for nine years, before returning to public service.

Between 2001 and 2011 Dr Sebbowa was the CEO of Uganda’s electricity regulator
(Electricity Regulatory Authority).

Dr Sebbowa who has served and continues to serve on several Boards of Directors

As a Rotarian Dr Sebbowa often takes on several charitable roles.


現職 ウガンダ投資庁長官

1952 年生。1977 年リード大学卒業（機械工学）、1982 年博士号取得。
2006 年 MBA 取得。

ナイジェリア、ケニア、ウガンダの大学にて教鞭をとった後、Uganda Clays Ltd に
て、9 年間 CEO を勤める。

2001−2011 年、ウガンダ電力公社 CEO。

取締役歴任、様々な慈善活動にも参加。
