大阪大学にて開催される AEARU Student Summer Camp 2014 の案内が届きましたので、下記の通り
学内募集を行います。学内選考通過者は、登録料、現地までの交通費については東工大が負担します。

Inter-University Exchange from a Student’s Point of View
Osaka University is proud to announce that we will host the “AEARU Student
Summer Camp 2014” from August 19 to 26, 2014. This Summer Camp is
designed for talented undergraduate students who wish to build their own
global network amongst future leaders currently studying at the AEARU
member universities. During the Camp, participants will study cutting-edge
research at Osaka University, see real Japanese life in the second largest city
in the country and experience Japanese traditions near the Osaka area. The
program consists of campus tours and laboratory visits, city tour, cultural
experiences, workshops, and various social events.
While participants are not required to have a specific academic background,
they are required to communicate in English throughout the program.

※AEARUとは・・・The Association of East Asian Research Universities（東アジア研究型
大学協会）の略称です。1996年に、東アジアの大学間のパートナーシップ強化の為に設立され
た機関です。中国、台湾、韓国、日本から合計１７大学が、現在この事業に参加している。

①応募・参加時に本学の学部生であること
②学内選考会に参加出来る者（下記１１を参照のこと）

７．参加費
学内選考に合格した場合、登録料（2 万円）、現地までの交通費については本学が負担。
８．提出書類
※学内〆切期限において書類不備の場合は受け付けないので、注意すること。
①海外派遣プログラム願書（様式１）＊
②応募理由書・計画書（様式２）＊
③Student Application Form＊
④成績証明書（学部）
⑤英語能力証明の写し（TOEIC、TOEFL 等のスコアシート）

９．提出期限 ２０１4 年５月２９日（木） １７時厳守
※応募にあたっては、類主任、学科助言教員、指導教員による承認（願書への押印）が必要
ですので、余裕を持って準備をすること。
※大阪大学の〆切より早いので注意して下さい。
